The car will not move, even though the wheels turn when steering, and the engine note changes as though you are accelerating. I cannot get out of the car either, none of the controls do anything. I cannot seem to pinpoint how this happens, and I'm really trying to explain this as well as I can. After setting up the controls, I can enter a

Okay, what you've got to do to get the mouse working is launch the game, hit CTl-ALT-DELETE, open task manager, go to the processes tab, find GTASA.exe and right click on it, choose set affinity and set it to CPU 0 only. GTA SA worked just fine, I could move the camera, shoot, etc. When I installed MTA and opened it for the first time it patched the original game and the mouse wasn't being recognized anymore, neither in MTA nor in GTASA. The Rockstar launcher would replace the gta_sa.exe patched file with the original one every time it was replaced by MTA
